Does the Price include installation?

Yes. The price quoted is fixed with no hidden fees.

We operate anywhere in United Kingdom.

Does the Boiler Bear carry out any other plumbing services?

Unfortunately at this time The Boiler Bear only replaces boilers. We do not install any new radiators but our team may be able to assist you with this further. Please contact us on xxxx to discuss this further.

What kind of Boilers do you install?

We only install natural gas boilers.

Does the Boiler come with a Guarantee?

All of our boilers come with a manufactures warranty. Details of each boiler is available during the process of completing your order. We will also provide details of this on installation and when your services will be due.

Does the Boiler Bear service my boiler?

At this time we do not service boilers, however we will endeavour to assist you with this. Please contact us on 07702 999753 to discuss this further.

How does the finance option work?

Upon completing your quote, our finance portal will take you through the necessary steps to apply for finance.

Is the Finance from The Boiler Bear?

No. We work with a finance broker to find the best finance option available to you. We do not offer any financial advice.

How many years is the Finance available over?

Our broker works with finance bodies that offer finance up to 10 years.

Do you accept Credit Card?

Yes, we accept credit card. We cannot accept American Express.

When do I need to pay?

Payment will be taken in advance of installation.
